STEMworks Featured in Stellantis UK Press Release for Empowering Future Engineers

STEMworks is proud to be named in a recent press release from Stellantis UK, celebrating our partnership to inspire the next generation of engineers across the UK.

The announcement highlights our collaborative efforts to deliver hands-on STEM workshops to schools near Stellantis sites in Coventry and Ellesmere Port, as well as to communities with high proportions of Military Forces families in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire.

Thanks to Stellantis’ support, STEMworks has launched an exciting LEGO® Robotics Lab, where students build and code robots to solve real-world engineering challenges. These workshops promote creativity, teamwork, and gender equity in STEM — values shared by both organisations.

Louise Gardner, Stellantis Head of Inclusion, Belonging, Talent & Wellbeing, shared: “It was incredible to see how engaged all the children were during the sessions at Fairford School, from building the initial robot, to programming and coding them to move around the simulated STEMworks roadway. Stellantis are supporting both Primary and Secondary schools in the area of STEM as well as supporting our Forces Families in the UK too, helping to bridge the skills gap and prepare the next generation of innovators.”

We’re honoured to be part of this impactful initiative and grateful to Stellantis for championing inclusive STEM education across the UK. Please read the full article on the Stellantis Website.
